Amenities:
Terra Firma is a two room cabin with the following:
- sleeps 6
- one queen bed
- a bunk bed (double on bottom and a single on top)
- futon bed
- A/C, heater
- full kitchen (with full sized appliances and a small microwave, coffee pot, simple utensils, cookware and serving ware)
- linens included
- VCR,DVD television with small library
- barbeque grill, chiminaea, and campfire pit
Rates:
- $125 per night (2 night minimum)
- $750 weekly
- Pets are allowed with a non-refundable $20 fee
- Hotel tax of 6%

Policies:
Reservations require ½ payment to hold date and then full payment prior to arrival.
Refund/cancellation policy: full refund if cancelled two weeks before arrival date, no refund under two weeks cancellation unless cabin is re-leased.
